Darryl Smith is an executive advisor, facilitator, and organizational transformation practitioner with more than three decades of experience helping leaders, teams, and organizations navigate complexity, misalignment, and change. He spent 19 years as Senior Client Partner at Korn Ferry, where he led enterprise-wide leadership and culture strategy across financial services, healthcare, aviation, retail, manufacturing, and not-for-profit sectors. He is the architect of the Leadership Threshold Practice. He partners with FMG Leading on leadership development and intercultural competency engagements across a national client base. He serves as Executive Faculty at LEAD360 WYN and as a Strategic Business Advisor to organizations navigating significant change. Darryl has a deep commitment to mentoring inner-city Chicago youth and emerging professionals.
